Terms and Conditions

AGREEMENT
When the customer (hereinafter referred to as "the customer") places an order with the seller (hereinafter referred to as "Keedreamworld") for one or more items, a legally binding agreement (distance selling agreement) is established.

DELIVERY
Keedreamworld ensures the proper delivery of the ordered items. Keedreamworld reserves the right to cancel the purchase agreement if the customer does not adhere to the terms and conditions (e.g., by posting prices on Facebook). The stated delivery times are an indication and cannot be regarded as a guaranteed timeframe. Keedreamworld is not liable for additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrectly entered shipping address.

SHIPPING
Items are shipped via PostNL / DPD once payment has been received. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday. DPD does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Keedreamworld is not liable for loss or damage once the items are handed over to the carrier. In case of loss or damage, Keedreamworld is willing to mediate. Shipments can also be insured or sent registered; additional costs will apply for this service.

PRICES
Prices on Keedreamworld's website are fixed prices. These prices are not negotiable. The prices are displayed in euros and include VAT, but exclude shipping costs. All prices on the website are subject to typographical errors. Keedreamworld accepts no liability for any consequences of such errors. We recommend a retail price of 2.5x for retailers.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
An order can be cancelled within 24 hours after confirmation. After this period, the sale is final, and payment is expected to prevent unnecessary reservation of items.

RETURNS
Discounted items are not eligible for return. Returns will be refunded via a store credit (voucher). Vouchers are valid for a maximum of 3 months. Returned items must have the attached labels (no exceptions). Items must be unworn and undamaged. Only if all these conditions are met will the items be exchanged. Items purchased on pre-order cannot be returned or exchanged. Colors and/or items in the photos may slightly differ from the actual items; Keedreamworld is not liable for this. Unfranked or insufficiently franked returns will not be accepted or credited. The customer bears the cost of return shipping. All returns must be sent at the customer’s own risk, always with a track-and-trace code.

WARRANTY
Keedreamworld guarantees that the order will be shipped in good condition and that the shipping of the items will be carefully handled. We do not provide a warranty for broken zippers, fasteners, buttons, beads, etc. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly washed clothing (e.g., prints fading due to the use of a tumble dryer, iron, or incorrect temperature). Our advice for printed clothing is to wash with mild detergent in cold water. For clothing with beads or stones, extra care should be taken (hand wash is highly recommended). For our party dresses, we advise hand washing.

COMPLAINT HANDLING
Keedreamworld strives for customer satisfaction. If there is any issue, we encourage customers to notify us. We will work with the customer to find a solution.
